  Excellent parts department always goes above and beyond for our operation no matter the time of day if they don't have it they get it very friendly and curtious and an exceptional sales department Keith has helped us tremendously with the equipment we have purchased my family has done business there for 40+ years and we wouldn't think about going anywhere else. Thanks for all your help Grissoms.

  NEVER, NEVER, NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE. GO TO STORE, ORDER PART, DRIVE BACK TO STORE TO GET PART, THEY ORDERED THE WRONG PART. HAVE THEM REORDER CORRECT PART, PAY FOR SAID PART AND ASK THEM TO MAIL IT. PART NEVER COMES, CALLED THEM. THEY HAVE JUST NOW MAILED. WAIT 7 MORE DAYS, CALL THEM, NO HELP. WAIT 7 MORE DAYS, CALL THEM. WAIT 7 MORE DAYS, CALL THEM. CANT FIND ORDER AT ALL NOW. CHECK HAS BEEN CASHED. CALL BACK. REQUEST MONEY BACK. WILL CALL ME BACK. STILL WAITING.

  I have been trading with Grissom's for about 20 years I've never had a bad experience yet. They are always helpful and take care of their customers. I have bought tractors, brush hogs, different implements, mowers, etc. I like doing business with people like that. They always give you a fair price. Also buy my parts here. They will always do you right.
